Each party is led by Davina, founder of Sincerely, Divine, and includes everything needed to create gorgeous decorated cookies — step-by-step guidance, premium tools, and personalised touches — all without you having to worry about supplies or setup.

 What’s Included

Every cookie decorating party is 90 minutes and includes:

Fully prepared cookie decorating station
All tools, mats, icing colours, piping bags and sprinkles are provided — laid out for each child.

Personalised step-by-step leaflet (included)
Each child receives a printed guide to follow along with during the session.

Structured guidance
Children are guided through designs with easy-to-follow instructions so everyone can achieve stunning results.

Professional-grade equipment
We bring quality tools that make decorating enjoyable and manageable.

Finish & package like a pro
Each child boxes up their cookies to take home — beautifully presented and ready to enjoy.

Optional Music
A party playlist can be provided on request.

Age & Group Guidelines

• Recommended for ages 8 years and above

This ensures children can handle decorating tools confidently and enjoy the experience.

• Maximum group size: 

Signature party experience - max 10 children ( one host).

Signature plus party experience - max 18 children (two hosts). 

• A minimum of one responsible adult must remain with the group throughout the session.

Pricing

All parties are fully bespoke — each event is tailored to your group, theme and location.

Signature Party Experience - Up to 10 children

• £395 for up to 8 children
• £35 per additional child
• Maximum 10 children 

Signature Plus Party Experience - Up to 18 children

(Includes an additional assistant)

For larger groups, a second adult assistant is included to ensure the party remains calm, structured and enjoyable.

• £495 for 11 children
• £30 per additional child
• Maximum 18 children

What You Provide

Hosts (you) are responsible for providing:

• A table large enough for the children to decorate comfortably
• Chairs for each child
• A flat decorating surface
• Access to a bin
• Space for us to set up and reset

Clean-up is included in the session, however hosts are responsible for any venue cleaning charges.

 Optional Party Enhancements

To make your celebration even more special, the following optional enhancements are available and can be selected in the enquiry form:

  • Personalised Birthday Cookie
    A larger feature cookie decorated with the birthday child’s name, age and theme.

  • Themed Cupcakes
    A box of beautifully decorated cupcakes that match your chosen colour palette or theme.

  • Birthday Cake
    A celebration cake, including a popular number cake option in your theme colours.

  • Matching Thank-You Cookies
    Perfect for school friends or party bags after the event.

  • Extra Party Time
    Add an extra 30 minutes to allow for extra decorating, games or photo time.

❓Frequently Asked Questions

Can younger children join?
Parties are designed for ages 8+. Younger children can attend if accompanied by a parent and will be supported with simpler designs.

What if the children finish early?
We include structured finishing activities — packaging, photos and creative challenges — to ensure the full session is filled.

Is clean-up included?
Yes — we reset the decorating area as part of the experience. Hosts are responsible for final cleaning should the venue require it.

Can we choose a theme?
Absolutely — every party is bespoke and can be tailored to your chosen theme, colours and style.
