Our Refund Policy

Any refunds relating to a dispute or concern with an order are considered on a case-by-case basis and are solely at the discretion of Sincerely, Divine. Refunds are not automatic and each situation will be assessed individually.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If upon collection or delivery you find that your items differ from what was confirmed in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sincerelydivine.com. Full or partial refunds will only be considered once the product has been returned in its entirety and assessed. Items that have been opened from their individual packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Handmade Products

All of our products are lovingly handmade, and as such, slight inconsistencies or natural imperfections may occur between designs. This is part of the charm of artisan, handcrafted goods and refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

Postal Delays

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Delivery dates are estimated and Sincerely, Divine cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused by the postal service. Refunds will not be issued for postal delays, and postage costs are non-refundable.
